This way, enough time is saved in communicating this vital information to these very important people about the state of health of the user.

So the user is only required to just pick or select symptoms which is related to any of the four (4) health conditions we have considered, and when he presses DONE, an sms is sent to his personal physician or Carer!
Simple?!
